Cancellation/No-show

All cancellations to be made by email to: ispe-europe-2023@inviteo.fr

• More than 30 days before the start of the Event - 100% Refund (less 10% handling fee)
• Between 29 days and ten days before the start of the Event - 50% Refund (less 10% handling fee)
• Nine days or less before the start of the Event - 0% Refund
  All cancellations to be made by email.
• Plant Tours, Trainings and evening events are non-refundable.

Insight Outside or ISPE shall not be liable for accidents, bodily injury, theft, or for additional costs due to the change of event date, location, programme, or similar. Liability for additional costs, due to delays, changes, or cancellations of flights, trains, or other means of transport, as well as due to strike action, illness, weather, or environmental disasters is also excluded. It is the responsibility of each participant to arrange appropriate theft, accident, health, and travel cancellation insurance. Participants, as well as accompanying persons, take part at their own responsibility and risk. The conference documents are copyrighted. Reproduction, distribution, or any other use of the workshop documents requires the express written permission of ISPE. Violation of this rule can cause immediate exclusion from the event.

Programme Changes

Programme is subject to change. Last-minute changes due to functional, private, or organisational needs may be necessary. The event organiser accepts no liability for any additional costs caused by a change of programme.
